Okay, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration, but I am frequently in the kitchen experimenting with cookie dough. At only 9 years old, I found out I could no longer have gluten, which was a BIG problem for someone who loves baking (and eating) cookies as much as I do. Most of the gluten free cookies on the market were made with less care for the flavor and texture than a regular cookie. So, I experimented with all my favorite recipes until I found the best alternatives. After spending countless hours in the kitchen, I discovered my passion for baking could be turned into a business.
